Project Outreach: Hearts and Hands Serving Naples and Beyond

About Project Outreach

Project Outreach is an independent nonprofit organization committed to serving as the hands and feet of Jesus in Naples, Florida. We organize volunteer opportunities to serve at our hosted events throughout the year, and also work alongside many other organizations in Collier County as a unified force on our local mission field, helping people in need.

Our goal is to provide awareness of the needs throughout our community and meet those needs, while teaching our youth the joys of selfless serving. We welcome all who would like to join us in shining the light of hope and love while making a difference.

Examples of Our Impact

  • Hidden Needs

We learned of an elderly man who had been trapped inside his home for two months, after medical complications unexpectedly confined him to a wheelchair. Our teams responded and built a wheelchair ramp, giving this family new freedom. See his reaction as he breathes fresh air for the first time in months in this video.

  • Local Schools

Every year we partner with a Collier County school where over 90% of the students live below the poverty level. We donate approximately 2,000 toys and bless these children with an afternoon filled with fun, surprises, and Christmas joy.

  • Serious Illness

Young cancer patient, Sarai, and her family were blessed in many ways by the outpouring of love and support from Project Outreach members. Praise God that today she is cancer free and has become a Project Outreach volunteer herself.

  • Local Hospitals

During Easter, hundreds of volunteers come together for our annual Easter event, Ashlyn’s Baskets. Over 600 baskets are gifted to children spending the Easter holiday in Southwest Florida hospitals.

  • Immokalee

We regularly partner with Reach Assembly in Immokalee to provide household necessities, baby items, and more to this impoverished community, as well as food and fun for the children. Hundreds of families are blessed at every Immokalee serve event.

  • The Unexpected

During times of crisis, our volunteers are quick to spring into action. Immediately after Hurricane Ian in 2022, our teams dispersed throughout the community, clearing debris and sharing love with 130 families - many who were devastated, alone, and had nowhere to turn.

100% Volunteer Network

In addition to hosting our own serve events throughout the year, our volunteers rise up to help when an urgent or catastrophic need surfaces, particularly those needs that fall under the radar of larger agencies.

We are people helping people, and when God calls us to meet a need, we meet it. Your donations help us to continue being a blessing in our Southwest Florida community.
